All items and materials are constantly tested in accordance with the regulations of the countries where they are marketed, to ensure a high level of product quality.
Compliance and sustainability of our products
All of our products are therefore compliant with Directive 2009/48/EC on toy safety and the REACH Regulation, valid in all European Union countries, as well as with the regulations of the USA (ASTM F963-17 Toy Safety Standard and CPSIA – Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) and Canada (SOR/2011-17 Toys Regulations).
This is made possible through our partnership with Intertek, an international leader in assurance, testing, inspection, and certification services for toys, games, and promotional items.
For over 130 years, companies have relied on Intertek to verify the quality and safety of their products, processes, and systems, with a focus on Total Quality.
To manufacture our capsules, we use 40% recycled plastic, and they are 100% recyclable!
